PILATES TRIVIA: In August 2022, we started running Pilates Trivia on Instagram and had a lot of fun with it for a few months. Winners won prizes! We hope to resume it at some point. Follow us on Instagram!

MONTANA PILATES RETREAT First Time Ever Held October 6-9, 2022! amyjopilates helped to sponsor this first-time event hosted by Delia Pilates of Whitefish, MT and held at the Dancing Spirit Ranch, located just six miles away from Whitefish. Restorative, fun and vigorous Pilates classes, farm-to-table cuisine prepared by a local chef, campfires, hikes, beautiful scenery and more!
