Terms of Service

AmyJoPilates provides T-Shirts, Tank Tops, Long-Sleeve, Sweatshirts and other merchandise. Payment in full is due at the time of purchase including shipping, handling and taxes via debit or credit card with payment made via this site’s e-commerce plan and payment policies put forth by said plans. Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment in full as stated above and will be mailed via U.S. Postal Service to the shipping address provided by buyer to AmyJoPilates at checkout. Said deliveries will include only products made by AmyJoPilates, books sold via AmyJoPilates.com, any pertinent shipping and/or return statements or receipts and standard shipping packaging. Delivery times are subject to the U.S. Postal Service schedule and delivery. Should other shipping arrangements be made and agreed to by both parties, buyer is responsible for the payment of same and order will be processed upon receipt of payment in full for said shipment arrangements.

No AmyJoPilates products will be shipped until full payment of product, taxes and any shipping and handling fees are received. Buyer reserves the right to cancel the order by contacting AmyJoPilates via email if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the product(s) has/have been shipped, Buyer is responsible for all monies and payments covering the products, taxes, shipping and handling. If buyer wants to return the products, Buyer reserves the right to return within 30-days of purchase any unworn, unwashed, unmarked and undamaged AmyJoPilates product to AmyJoPilates for a full credit, refund or exchange excluding the cost for shipping. All AmyJoPilates requests for Refunds or Credits should be mailed to AmyJoPilates, Attn: RETURNS, 1253 Springfield Ave. #106, New Providence, NJ 07974. In a Return/Refund/Exchange situation, if Buyer is not notified by AmyJoPilates of receipt of the returned merchandise, Buyer should contact AmyJoPilates to follow up on said return/exchange. AmyJoPilates is not responsible for any requests for credits or returns of any merchandise that are lost in transit from Buyer to AmyJoPilates. AmyJoPilates will be responsible for any merchandise purchased at AmyJoPilates that is shipped to Buyer and lost during transit.

Buyer is notified of Returns and Refunds Policy at Checkout. 

The governing law of this contract is the Buy Stuff and Pay For It and be respectful. Sometimes there are delays in shipping and how that may affect a business and a buyer is not always predictable. Our promise to you is that we are and will be doing our best.
