AmyJoPilates will not post on social media including but not limited to facebook, Instagram, youtube, Tik Tok, etc. any image of any customer without their written permission provided either through regular U.S. or other mail, e-mail and/or Direct Message via Instagram or facebook. If a customer posts a picture of any AmyJoPilates product, AmyJoPilates cannot be held responsible for that customer’s post, tagging, or any online social or any other activity. AmyJoPilates cannot and will not be held accountable for anyone’s post other than those made by AmyJoPilates. This includes and is not limited to any references to any political, religious, racial or gender-related posts or activities.
